Yummy Tummy Rhymes was delightfully written and illustrated by Ailsa Mackay, author, illustrator, mom and Child Care Specialist. This little book is loaded with entertainment for children in grades Pre-K through K.
The author very carefully and very artistically brings fun to the dinner table with rhymes, textures and colors. It was a very pleasant surprise to find slight cultural differences in the rhymes and the menu, an aspect that will be educational and entertaining for the little ones.
I would give this Yummy Tummy book for kids 5 stars for the artwork alone and I encourage you to get a copy! It will help your children learn to enjoy healthy meals in a fun and colorful way!
